（中央社記者唐佩君台北8日電）行政院長林全今天表示，台鐵車廂爆炸案初步排除恐怖攻擊，這應是一起個人維安事件，政府有信心調查清楚，呼籲民眾安心。

林全上午視察中央災害應變中心後受訪表示，初步結論不是恐攻或有組織攻擊，是個人維安事件。

他說，目前檢方在偵辦，且掌握特定可疑嫌犯資訊，政府有信心查清楚，呼籲民眾可安心。

至於受傷民眾，林全表示，昨晚探視部分民眾，不幸仍有民眾在加護病房，其中3人插管治療，希望醫院給予最好照顧。

林全特也別了解交通部台灣鐵路管理局有些乘客險可幫助，但對傷者的傷害不是保險就能彌補，希望社會大眾關心。

台鐵1258區間車昨晚10時停靠松山車站發生爆炸，造成25人受傷。林全非常關切，昨晚已指示相關部會首長前往現場，並成立緊急應變小組。1050708
