（中央社記者葉素萍巴拿馬市26日電）總統蔡英文今天出席巴拿馬運河拓寬竣工啟用儀式，她與身旁的巴拉圭總統卡提斯、多明尼加總統梅迪納、智利總統巴舍萊，有說有笑。她並與美國副總統拜登夫人吉兒拜登同台。

巴拿馬運河拓寬工程竣工啟用儀式26日（當地時間）在巴拿馬可可利水閘舉行，總統蔡英文率團出席。

蔡總統與坐在鄰座的巴拉圭總統卡提斯（HoracioCartes）、多明尼加總統梅迪納（Danilo Medina）、智利女總統巴舍萊（Michelle Bachelet）、「日華議員懇談會」副會長衛藤征士郎，有說有笑。

美國特使團由副總統夫人吉兒．拜登（Jill Biden）率領；她就站在蔡總統後方，兩人一前一後，自然互動。

巴拿馬運河擴建工程首航啟用儀式上，中遠海運巴拿馬輪（Cosco Shipping Panama）」成為第一艘通過新建船閘的貨船。

巴拿馬總統瓦雷拉說，巴拿馬將繼續提供給全世界更安全、更便利的航道，新水閘耗水與耗電更加減少，更加環保；瓦雷拉也說，巴拿馬是世界的橋梁，運河是全世界的交會點，讓全世界人都能夠看到巴拿馬。

瓦雷拉致詞後，巴拿馬運河可可利水閘正式啟用。

另外，原本缺席蔡總統出訪行程的時代力量立委黃國昌，後來決定到巴拿馬與總統蔡英文參訪團會合，引發爭議。黃國昌今天也被媒體目擊，出現在巴拿馬運河拓寬工程竣工啟用儀式現場。1050627
